She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Carter and Lila Carter (Sampson); her siblings, Mabel Latimer (Johnny) and Carl (Cecilia); and her brothers-in-law, Roger Whattam, Joe Oram and Jackie Boudreau.
She is survived by: her husband Howard; her children, Martin Carter (Sampsonville), Marilyn Barkhouse (Mosherville), Jo-Ann Jackson (McKay Section), Wayne (Eastern Passage), Tracey Cole (Richard) of Devon, AB and Tara-Lee; her grandchildren, Jamie, Valerie, Christina, Nicole C, Sarah, Jarrett, Joseph, Jessica, James, Nicole G, Alexandria, Jacob, Tegra, Marcus and Maria; and her siblings, Melvin (Judy), Wayne (Mary-Ellen), Dwight (Joyce), Reid (Yvonnie), Ann Oram, Carolyn Leavitt (Doug) and Donna Boudreau.
