She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Arnold and Helen Mildred Williams (Lyttle); her husband Douglas Arthur Spencer; her siblings, Ronnie Williams (Thelma) and Gloria Maynard (Basil); and her sister-in-law Roberta Best (Ron).
She is survived by: her children, Deb (late Joe Jabalee), Pam (Chris Best), Wendy, Julia (Mike Foxall) and Terry; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Craig Best, Alisha Foxall (Aurelien Pluche) and Scott Foxall; her stepmother Laura Williams; her brothers, Wayne (late Marg) and Bob (Betty); and her sister-in-law Madge Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Joyce's memory may be made to the building fund of the Ardoise Union Church, 181 Lakewood Dr., Brooklyn, NS B0N 2A0.
