He is survived by: his mother Janet Janes (Kirkpatrick); his close friend Mariebel Rivera; his children, Mack Joseph Rivera and Britney Jo McKenzie; his stepdaughters, Mindy Dawn McKenzie and Precious Marie Pineda; his sister Janine Alisa Janes; his grandmother Olive Armstrong; his uncles, John Janes and Allan Kirkpatrick; his aunt Shirley Robertson; and his niece Arianne Janes.
