He is survived by: his son Jeff Aker (Greenwood); his mother Anita Aker (Union Corner); and his siblings, Gail Campbell (Derrick), Marsha Millard Dartmouth (Rick), Shelley Currie Windsor (Stirling), Chris Aker (Gail Cumben) and Lorna Veinot Kentville (Ron).
