It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgie Athea Sanford (Windsor, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Daley and Gertrude Daley (Peters); her husband Garth; her grandchildren, Suzanne Lowthers and Dwayne Russell; and her siblings, Crawford Daley and Hilda Webber.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Russell (George) of Scotsburn and Sandra Galley (James) of Garlands Crossing; her grandchildren, Tracy Lowe (Tony), Tanya Mouland (Craig) and Peter Lowthers; and her stepgrandchildren, Jeanette Galley (Daniel Pomeleau) and Jadey Galley (Helen).
