He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Leon, Joe (Colleen), Buddy Frasher Jr., Noble (Louise) and Kathy; and his stepchildren, Darlene and Darrell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
