He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tracey and Daphne Tracey (Sampson); his wife JoAnne Edna (Melvin); his son Glen; and his siblings, Robert Sampson and Barb Hiltz.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jr., Sheila Wile and Brian; and his sister Mary Baker.
