She was predeceased by: her parents, William Huntley and Edna Hunter; her husband John DeVenney; her son-in-law William Skelhorn; and her siblings, Margaret Scott, Frederick and Gilmore.

She is survived by: her son James; her daughter-in-law Sandra of Fredericton Junction, N. B.; her daughters, Elizabeth Skelhorn and Catherine; her son-in-law Ryan Neily of Halifax; her grandchildren, Heidi Bjornson (Mark), Ian Skelhorn (Melanie), Windsor Forks, Marty DeVenney (Amanda Bradford), Michael DeVenney and Catheryn Thomas (Jarrod); her great grandchildren, Colton, Connor, Cuinn Skelhorn, Emma, Mya, William Thomas, Gemma Bjornson, Alexander and Nicholas DeVenney; and her siblings-in-law, Katharine Huntley, Nancy MacInnes, Anna DeVenney and Robert DeVenney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
