He was predeceased by: his parents, William Belcham and Nora Belcham (Wilcox); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Ann (Deane); his children, Donald (Teresa Fines) and Sherri (Barry Lowe); his grandson Jacob Fines-Belcham; and his siblings, Douglas, Kenneth and Maryanne.
