He is survived by: his wife Ann (Trueman); his former wife Joyce "Joy" MacArthur; his children, Robyn and Ian (Anita); his stepchildren, Shawn Fultz (Maja Kasdan) and Wendy Fultz (Mark Spowart); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Malcolm Nettie, Campbell, Ava and Hayden MacArthur; and his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Fultz-Veinotte, Willow, Sequoi Kasdan-Fultz and Ewan Spowart.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Creel may be made to the Windsor Hockey Heritage Museum, PO Box 430, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0 or a charity of one's choice.
