He was predeceased by: his father Richard Foley; and his mother-in-law Lois Jarvis. He is survived by: his mother Ethel "Maude" Foley; his wife Joanna (Jarvis); his stepmother Bertha Foley; his children, Tiffany Vanderheide (Phillip), Samantha Jarvis, Katelyn Jarvis (David) and Christopher Foley (Rianna); his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Lyda, Lanie and Waylon; and his siblings, Rick Foley (Arlene), Carter Foley (Lorene), Greg Foley, Scott Foley (Patsy) and Martina Foley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
