Charles Russell Purdy Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Russell Purdy in Windsor, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 5, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Purdy (Marr) and Frederick "Fred" Purdy. He is survived by: his sisters, Claire of Garlands Crossing and Cathy of Windsor; his close friend Julie Frank-McCarthy; his pets, Missy, Sheba, Jem, Norrie and Macy; and also, Marina and Zach.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Three Mile Plains Community Hall (4474 Highway 1, Three Mile Plains, Nova Scotia).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Chuck may be made to the 9 Lives Cat Rescue, PO Box 125, Falmouth, NS B0P 1L0.
