It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean (Upshaw) Johnson (Windsor, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Upshaw and Elsie Upshaw (Whitehead); her sister Gloria Johnson; and her nephews, Bellery Whitehead, Catlin Upshaw and Andy MacDonald.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Johnson; her children, Shawn Johnson (Jessica) and Terri-Lynn Johnson (Wade); her grandchildren, Carter, Ryker and Greysen; and her siblings, Dorothy MacDonald, Douglas Jr. Upshaw (Lynda) and Bell Whitehead (Violet). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
