It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Audrey Hood (Windsor, Nova Scotia), born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Rushton and Audrey Fillmore; and her stepfather James Fraser. She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Paul (Christina "Tina") and Karen (Gregory Flanagan); her granddaughter Rose; her siblings, Donald Fraser (Anna), Dorothy Hollis (David), Gerald Fraser (Joanne), Harold Fraser, Ann Casey (Daniel) and Port Howe; her stepmother Patricia Rushton; her siblings, David Rushton (Beth), Cynthia Crowe (Stan), Peter Rushton (Karen) and Dianne Rushton; her stepfather Glendon Fillmore of Windham; and also, Randy and Dennis.
