He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Whitehead and Lois Whitehead (Sampson); his siblings, Joanne, Waneta and Eric; and his brother-in-law Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Shelley (Parsons); his children, Nathan, Jerome (Megan) and Nicole (Dave); and his siblings, Wayne (Marg), Janice (Darrell), Elaine (Dawson) and Betty. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
