He was predeceased by: his parents, Trenholm Lake and Dorothy Lake (Thorpe); and his siblings, Walter, Ted, Milton and Ada.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Lingard); his granddaughter Kaitlin of Orangeville; and his great grandchild Seth Green.
