He was predeceased by: his parents, Locke Fraser and Leone Fraser (Smith); and his siblings, Orlando, Maynard, Joseph, David, Lorne, Diane and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Ted (Grace) and Angel Hopkins (Glenn); his siblings, Bernadette Cook (Calvin) and Lee (Gladys); and his grandchildren, Glenn Fraser of Niagara Falls, ON, Sam of Hammonds Plains and Savannah Hopkins of Hammonds Plains.
