She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Sarty and Minnie Sarty (Wile); and her siblings, Elwood, Dugald, Merrill, Ruby and Clara.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her children, Judy Thompson (John), Kathleen Veinot, Ann Conolly (Kirk) and David Stewart; her stepsons, Kenny and Richard; her brothers, Walter, Gerald and Wally (Myrlene); and her sister-in-law Claribell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
