He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Tracey and Gilbert Hazlett; and his brother Elton. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Dwayne (Melanie), Jared (Ashley) and Derek; and his grandchildren, Felicity, Harlow, Nova and Remy. He is also survived by six sisters and one brother and many nieces and nephews.
