He was predeceased by: his parents, Oris Winters and Bertha Winters (Keeping); and his sister Dolores Winters. He is survived by: his children, Megan Mulock (Jonathan) and Nicholas (Kathy Arsenault); his grandchildren, Riley, Jacob and Lily; his stepgrandchildren, Ashton, Riley and Lilly; and his sister Geraldine Allen (Kempton).
