He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blinn (Richards); his daughters, Cindy Hall (Rodney), Amy Veinot (Dennis) and Jessica Ellingwood; his sisters, Linda, Elaine, Celeste, Wanda and Patsy; his grandchildren, Rachel, Logan, Lauren, Sarah, Alba and Rayla; and his great grandchild Liam.
Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Society, or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
