With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patten Lantz (Wileville, Nova Scotia), born in New Ross, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lantz and Winnie Lantz (Warton); his wife Kathleen Lantz (Aulenback); his children, Ferne Swinimer and David Lantz; his siblings, Bernard, Elmer Cook, Neta Larder and Doreen Lantz; and his son-in-law Herb Farmer.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Farmer (Gary), Rhoda Farmer (David), Charles Lantz (Mary), Kevin Lantz (Janet), Andrew Lantz and Patricia Swinamer (Paul); his grandchildren, Herb Farmer Jr. (Lise), Kevin Farmer (Stacey), Daniel Farmer (Diane), Tammy Wilson (James), Amanda Frost, Graham Lantz, Mark Lantz (Laura), Christopher Lantz (MaryBeth), Kurt Swinimer (Mariya) and Ferne Swinamer; his great grandchildren, Talon, Dakin, Laiken, Kaedan, Emery, Emilie, Brett, Kyler, Jessica, Emerson, Zackary, Naomi, Alanna, Monica, Noah, Henry, Selina, Nolan and Luca; and his brother-in-law Randall Aulenback. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Northwest Baptist Church or charity of choice.
