He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Sherry (Roger), Tony, Trevor (Crystal), Dean (Cathy), Daphne (Glenn) and Vance (Jodi); his siblings, Millie Bolivar (Clayton), Jeanne Rhodenizer (Clifford), Glenda Woodworth (Robert) and Gerald (Cathy); his grandchildren, Scott, Krista, Brandon, Michelle, Melissa, Monica, Marcus, Jessica, Jasmine, Shaelynn and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Mona, Jade, Noah, Foster, Hank, Grace, Leo and Everleigh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
