He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Frank and Curtis Frank; his daughter Crystal Anne Louise; and his sister Violet Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Boneta Frank; his children, Melodie Frank, Sandie Tanner, Kathy Frank, Mearl Frank Jr. and William Frank; and his siblings, Elva Durling, Garnet Kaizer and Gleenwood Mossman. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
