He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and Lewis Sr.; and his stepsister Judy. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Melissa (Adrian) and Lewis; and his brothers, Gordon and Sean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
