She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kliza and Margaret Chisholm; her husband John; her grandson Zachary; and her stepfather Colin Chisholm (Chick).
She is survived by: her children, Alison O'Neil (Shaun), Paul (Amy), Jennifer Moore (Steven) and Steven (Tracey); her grandchildren, Gregory, Megan, Sarah, Kristen, Ryan, Matthew, Laura, Hannah, Jenna, Bradley and Kayley; and her siblings, Michael Kliza (Marilyn), Francis Kliza (Shannon-Lee) and Colin Chisholm (Kristen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
