He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Ernst and Elva Ernst. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ernst; his stepchildren, Linda Orman (Mike) of Bridgewater, Lisa Croft (Kevin) of Chester Grant and Jeff Carver (Carol) of Lunenburg; and his siblings, Perry (Christine) of Martin's River, Sammy of Bridgewater, Rosie (Larry) of Pine Grove, Susan of Bridgewater, Betty of Blockhouse and Francise. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 niece and 2 nephews.
