She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Dimmell and Maizie Dimmell (Eisnor) of Cornwall, NS.; her husband Silvo Martel; and her stepdaughter Wanda. She is survived by: her son Murray; her stepdaughters, Fay of Ontario and Pam of Ontario; and her sisters, Hope of Cornwall, Sandra of Cornwall, Mabel and Hebbville. She is also survived by grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
