He was predeceased by: his parents, Moody Barkhouse and Lucy Barkhouse; his sister Ruby; his brothers-in-law, Ralph, Mervin and Bruce; and his nephew Denny.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughters, Tina (Chris), Amanda (Byron) and Middle Cornwall; his siblings, Brydon (Muriel) and Irene (John); and his grandchildren, Jess (Devin), Mount Uniacke, Sam (Ellis), Dominic and Middle Cornwall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
