With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon McCarthy (Wileville, Nova Scotia), born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 12, 2019 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon McCarthy to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his children, Rocky and Annette (Clinton Haines); his significant other Joanie Fancy; and his siblings, Marina Corkum, Gladys Wile, Jenny Llewellyn, Esther Crouse, Arthur, Emerson, George, Henry and Cecil.

He is survived by: his daughter Connie (Danny); his siblings, Frances Harmon, Mary Dill, Una Corkum and Harry; his grandchildren, Jason McCarthy (Marissa), Michael McCarthy, Margaret McCarthy and Branden Rafuse; and also Beverly (Llewellyn). He is also survived by five great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
