He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma and Donald; his brothers, Edward, Brian and Donald Jr.; his niece Shelly Daniels; and his nephews, Bradley Allen and Christopher Allen.

He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Toope (Bob), Marie Boulanger (Mike) and Alfred; his niece Maureen Allen; his friends, Margo Fraser and Stewie Whynot; and his sister-in-law Mary Janga. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
