He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Baker (Powers) and Archibald Baker; and his sister Marlene Hartlen of Crescent Beach. He is survived by: his wife Andrea (Herman); his son Ryan (Kristin Joudrey); his grandsons, Jaxon and Jameson; his daughter Kaitlyn (Mitchell Walker); his siblings, Bonnie Wilkie (Gary), Lynn Mattera Toronto (Phil), Lowell (Mabel), Crescent Beach and Kevin (Valerie); his nieces and nephews, Karen, Heather, Kyla, Kassidy, Lowell Jr., Kristopher, David and Tyler; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, John, Lizzy, Justin, Gavin, Sadie, Jasper, Aiden and Audrey; and his brothers-in-law, Horace Hartlen and David Herman.
