He was predeceased by: his parent Claude (Daisy). He is survived by: his siblings, David, Anna, Juanita, Vonnie, Diane, Sonny, Susanna, Donna, Dale, Sheila, Sandra and Lemert; and his wife Donna. He is also survived by extended family that included many nieces and nephews, brother and sister in-laws as well as close friends.
