He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Crouse and Thelma Crouse (Beck); and his siblings, Glenice, Jean and Donald.

He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Crouse, Donna Norwood (Tony), Baker Settlement and Larry Crouse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
