He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nauss and Bernice Nauss (Oickle); and his siblings, Geraldine, Paulette and Vernon.

He is survived by: his wife Betty (Joudrey); his children, Yvonne Daniels (Doug), Cindy, Clayton (Donna) and Darryl (Michelle); his siblings, Helen Banks (Ira), Edith Cross, Bernard (Wendy), Warren (Diana) and Lee (Darlene); his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Ashley, Jocelyn, Christopher, Justin and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Kai, Alexander, Kaiden, Luke, Chloe and Aleah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
