He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Fraser and Corinne Rail; and his siblings, Doreen Wellman and Donald Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Madeleine (Langlois); his children, Lise (Brad) of Conquerall Mills, NS, Dean (Leigh-Anne) of Mission, BC and Michael (Paula); and his grandsons, Braeden, Ian of Miramichi, NB, Mitchell, Evan and Philipp (Germany).
