He is survived by: his parent Flora MacKinnon (Matheson); his grandchildren, Erin Stoll (Mike), Drew Ferguson, Cassie Ferguson, Kyle Garland and Sarah Garland; his sister Agnes MacPhail of East Walpole, MA; his sister-in-law Mae Poole (Nelson) of Whycocomagh; and his cousin Don MacKinnon (Carol) of New Market, ON. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
