He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bernard; his daughter-in-law Helen Bernard; his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Dae, Angie, Abby, Angel and Penny; his siblings, Howard, Maynard, Douglas, Roy, Mary Lou, Norma, Allison and Charles "Chuck"; and his godchildren, Marilyn Peck and Zedaya Peck.
