She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her grandsons, Roger and Joel; and her daughters, Margaret Alice and Annie Mae.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond (late Anne), Frank (Shirley), Ernie, Glenna, Elsie (Jerry), Harold (Linda), Melvin (Suzanne), Richard (Elizabeth), Calvin (Cheryl) and Gary (Miracle); her siblings, Arthur Wheaton, Pauline and Mary Katie; and her nieces, Cheryl, Joan and Faye. She is also survived by 12 children, 31 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 7 great great- grandchildren.

Donation's in Ruth's memory maybe made to Palliative Care or to Stewart United Church.
