He was predeceased by: his parents, William Noel and Janet Christine Sylliboy (Bernard); his siblings, Alexandrine, Christina, Linda Mae, Marilyn, Bernie, James and Baby Noel; his brothers-in-law, Grand Chief Ben Sylliboy, Ryan C. Googoo, Cecil Condo, Harry Narvey and Franklin Mitchell; and his nieces and nephews, Mickey, Trevor, Wayne, Curt, Gloria, Tina and Rachel.

He is survived by: his children, Kasonnio "Gus" Patton, Mary Prosper (Phillip) and Paul Sylliboy; his grandchildren, Rutsira, Anenationtha, Kanerahtano "Ron" and Aronhia "Hawe"; his great grandchild Teioranhiathe; his grandchildren, Brittany, Devon, Logan, Cole, Jacoby and Addison; his siblings, Mildred Narvey, Marie Sylliboy, Dorothy Googoo, Sarah Sylliboy, Connie (Lindsay), Freda and John J.; and his aunt Catherine Bernard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as numerous grand nieces and nephews.
