He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dan and Breadalbane MacKinnon (MacDonald); his stepmother Margaret; and his siblings, Dan Hughie, Charles, Betty and Christena.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (MacPherson); his children, Roz, Floyd (Catherine Jane), Little Narrows, Leslie (Alana) and Arlene (Colm); his grandchildren, Shauna (Robert), Brittany (Steven), Kayla (Eric), Fallon, Dylan (Lindsay), Samantha, Natasha and Marcus (Kenna); his great grandchildren, Paige (Logan), Challis, Takeisha, Easton, Ocean, Millie, Willa, Sophia and Isabella; and his siblings-in-law, Malcolm MacPherson, Orangedale East, Archie MacPherson (Velda), Horace, John D, Peter, Jimmy, Alex of Thompson, DJ, Jessie, Nan, Effie and Edna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Stewart United Church, Whycocomagh.
