He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ellis (MacDonald); his children, Charlene (Laurie MacDonald), Donna Bonaparte (John), Gerard (Joyce MacRae) and Lorraine MacNeil (Neil James); his grandchildren, Anita (Ben), Evan (Katelyn), Lauren, Alex (Jill), Hannah (Dusty), Sarah and Katherine; his siblings, Gordie Ellis, Millie Fraser and Marlene Fraser (Willard); his sisters-in-law, Mora Nicholson (Dougie) and Phyllis MacDonald; and his family Ellis.
