He was predeceased by: his son Jason Mark; his parents, Helen Herman (MacNeil) and George Herman; his siblings, Heather (Evans) and David Herman; and his grandfather George Herman.
He is survived by: his wife Nina (Holmes); his daughters, Vanessa MacLeod (Randy), Olivia Stroud (Darren) and Alicia Beaton (Keith); his grandchildren, Moriah, Eric, Lauren, Matthew, Charlotte, Kate, Sam and Finlay; and his siblings, Ann Fraser (Thomas) and Johnny Herman (Donna). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
