She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie MacDonald and Florence MacDonald (MacIsaac); her husband Wilfred; and her siblings, Alex MacDonald, Catherine MacPhee and Anne MacDonald.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Works-Hallam (Kenneth), Dale (Monique), Edmonton and Brian (Michelle); her grandchildren, Donald (Allison) and Amber Hallam; her sons, Brendon and Kris Works; and her great grandchildren, Seanna and Brody Hallam.

Family flowers only, donations in her memory may be made to the S.P.C.A or a charity of one's choice.
