He is survived by: his wife Diane (Stewart); his daughters, Deborah Wright of Halifax and Janice Watters (John) of Pictou; his grandchildren, Claire Mercer, Olivia Mercer and Christopher Watters; his brother Daniel Wright (Marilyn) of Abbotsford, BC; his stepchildren, Melissa Roy and Brandon Roy (Angela); his stepgrandchildren, Emily Marriott, Julia Marriott, Jaidyn Roy and Keira Roy; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Watters.
