He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Woodin; his wife Shirley (Logan); and his son John of Frederick. He is survived by: his parent Estella Woodin (Dean); his daughters, Pam Dean (Rod) of Truro, Stephanie Newsome (Shaun) of Whitehorse and Yukon; his grandchildren, Roderick Dean (Amy), Lindsay Verboom (Luke), Tristan Newsome (Eva), Catherine Newsome (Gabe) and Briana MacLean; his sisters, Faye Logan (John), Muriel Dean and Lynda Murray (Norman); and his sister-in-law Leola Woodin.
