It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Hislop (Westville, Nova Scotia), born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Wayne Hislop; her mother Dene Wadden (Bachelor); her stepfather Sam Wadden; her daughter-in-law Kim Hislop; and her friend Debbie Avery.
She is survived by: her pet Max; her grandchildren, Laura Lee (Nathan), Michael (Julie), Ryan (Amanda), Matthew (Patrica), Kaitlynn (Ethan), Alex and Brianna; her great grandchildren, Caoimhelee, Deaglan-Thomas, Fianna-Elise, Keela, Foster, Rhys, Hazel and Gianna; her children, Lori (Alain), Donnie (Dale), Kevin (Eva) and Donna; her brothers, Doug (Kay) and Don (Dorothylane); and her stepsister Sharon (Allan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Muriel to a charity of choice.
