She was predeceased by: her brother Roderick "Roddie" Lorge; and her brother-in-law Blair Halliday. She is survived by: her husband Harold; her son Randy of New Glasgow; her grandchildren, Justine Halliday (Mark) of Halifax and Adam Halliday (Dominique) of New Glasgow; her siblings, Diane Lorge of Stellarton, Cecelia Ann Sartoris of Thorburn and Armand Lorge (Sharon) of Thorburn; her brother-in-law Russell Halliday (Alaine) of Churchville; and her nieces and nephews, Cavelle, Jennifer, Carleigh, Katelyn, Michaela, Craig, Dana, Matthew, Ryan, Laura, Michelle, Chris and Steve.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and The Kidney Foundation of Canada.".
