He is survived by: his parents, Sabrina Grant (Kontuk) and James Grant; his siblings, Ryland and Kyla Grant; his grandparents, Mary, Kenny Gillis, Cathy Gerrior, Stephen Grant, Chuck Kontuk and Barb Coldwell; his aunts and uncles, Tammy, Chris, Melissa (Huck Lyons), Chuck, Tara, Brad and Sarah; and his cousins, Kaylie, Hunter, Cheyanne, Savannah, Kenzie, Marcus, Zach, Mya and Chloe.
Jacob is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Wesville where a public visitation will be held on Monday Nov 23 from 6-8 for the community. (masks are mandatory).
