He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon DeMings and Esther DeMings. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Trainor); his sons, Dana (Sandy) and Dale (Karen); his stepchildren, Lindsay and Craig; his grandchildren, Quinn, Kieran, Sydney and Ashley; his sister Debi Baird (Alex MacDonald); his nieces, Jackie and Jennifer (Andrew); and his nephew Darryl (Justine).
